A community committed to collective giving
Our Full Members
Our Full Members are Black women and allies who participate in collective giving to support Black-led organizations across the greater Houston region by giving $1,000 annually to the Collective.

Arquella Hargrove, MBA, is the Chief Culture Officer of Alchemy Consulting Group, a TEDx Speaker, leadership consultant, facilitator, and coach. With deep expertise in culture transformation, she helps organizations align leadership, values, and strategy, partnering with mission-driven organizations to strengthen teams and build sustainable cultures.

Bridget Y. Samuel is a human-centered strategist, organizational development expert, and founder of VESTEDin™ Consulting. With deep experience across nonprofit operations, social work, philanthropy, and executive leadership, she brings both practical credibility and lived empathy to every engagement.

Courtney Taylor is a community development leader in banking with a focus on nonprofit partnerships, community investment, and financial education. She values collective giving as a way to sustain Black-led organizations and expand access to opportunity across the greater Houston region.

Don Titcombe brings more than 18 years of experience in philanthropy and nonprofit leadership, including helping lead Harris County's $150 million Early Childhood Initiative. He is committed to using collective giving to strengthen families and communities.

Kelli King-Jackson is a leadership coach and social impact advisor supporting investments in Black communities across the South. She values collective giving as a way to resource Black-led organizations with trust, care, and long-term support that honors their leadership and lived experience.

Kentara John is a dedicated community advocate and philanthropic leader with over a decade of experience advancing equity, workforce opportunity, and health access across Houston and New York City. She currently serves as Program Manager for Community Benefits Grants at Houston Methodist.

Dr. Kheli Willetts is the Founder and Principal of Dira Professional Development, helping organizations navigate governance, finance, culture, and leadership. With more than 30 years of experience in higher education, arts administration, and nonprofit leadership, she is a lifelong learner and champion of joyful leadership.

Lauren Buggs is a leadership and transformation professional with more than two decades of experience helping leaders, teams, and organizations navigate change and build cultures where people can thrive. An ICF-certified executive and leadership coach, she is committed to service and community impact.

Lucretia Stanfield is a strategic, results-driven professional with more than 12 years of experience in philanthropy, banking, and accounting. Equity, empathy, and accountability guide her work, and she is driven by a genuine commitment to helping others reach their full potential.

Makia Akinola Thomas is a committed equity advocate and champion for early learning, public education, and social justice. She has dedicated her career to expanding educational opportunities for young learners. She holds a B.S. and M.Ed. from the University of Pittsburgh.

Necole S. Irvin is a philanthropic professional with experience in cultural policy, public health, and the arts. She values collective giving as a way to expand access, strengthen communities, and support long-term, sustainable change across the greater Houston region.

Stacey Allen is an award-winning dancemaker, author, and cultural organizer committed to expanding access to the arts and strengthening community through creative practice. She is the Founder/Artistic Director of Nia's Daughters Movement Collective, a professional dance company supporting multigenerational cultural arts and educational initiatives.
