About the Rooted & Radiant

Every giving season, The Bayou Collective members come together to celebrate the nonprofits chosen for that Giving Season's grants. We call this night Rooted and Radiant. It's a time for our members and donors to meet the organizations they've helped fund and celebrate what collective giving looks like with the Bayou Collective. This event is a closed-door event for members, donors, and grant recipients only.

  • Our 2027 celebration will be held on the evening of Wednesday, August 25, 2027. Follow us for more details.

  • This year we celebrated at Journey HTX and awarded $25,000 in grants to five Houston area nonprofits. Our inaugural grantees are:

    ⭐️ Shabach Enterprises

    ⭐️ We are the Ones Solidarity Cooperative
